What this means

When you provide your phone number on our website or in our forms, you're giving us consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to contact you about Medicare and insurance products. This page spells out exactly what you've agreed to.

• You may be contacted about Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, Part D prescription drug plans, dental and vision plans, life insurance, annuities, and related insurance products.
• Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• Message frequency varies depending on your engagement.

How to opt out

You can withdraw your consent at any time using any of these methods:

• Text messages: reply STOP to any text message we send.
• Phone calls: tell us during a call, or call 1-888-289-1198 and ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list.
• Email: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or reply with "unsubscribe."

Once you opt out, we will stop contacting you for marketing purposes. We may still contact you about active policies, claims, or transactions you're involved in (these are service communications, not marketing).

Medicare-specific disclosure

We are a licensed insurance agency. Calls about Medicare are conducted by a licensed insurance agent. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) for information on all of your options.
