My name is Keith Faris, and I've been a senior health insurance specialist for years. I work with people turning 65, retirees reviewing their existing coverage, and the adult children helping their parents navigate Medicare for the first time.

Here's what makes me different from most Medicare agents you've talked to: I'm independent. I don't work for any one insurance carrier, which means I have no quota to hit and no plan I'm being pressured to push. I represent every major carrier in your area โ€” UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Humana, Mutual of Omaha, Cigna, Anthem, and the regional Blues โ€” and I get paid the same regardless of which one you pick. My job is simply to look at your situation and recommend the plan that actually fits.

Why I do this work

I got into this because I watched too many people I cared about get steered into the wrong Medicare plan by someone who didn't take the time to understand them. They ended up paying more than they should have, or โ€” worse โ€” discovering their doctor wasn't covered after they were already locked in.

Medicare is one of the most important financial decisions you'll ever make. It deserves more than ten minutes on a Saturday morning. So I built my practice around taking the time most agents won't: I look at your prescriptions, your doctors, your travel habits, your budget, and your health history. Then I show you every option side-by-side, with real numbers, and let you decide.

Nobody leaves a call with me feeling rushed, confused, or pressured. That's the standard.

Before I show you any plan, I want to understand your doctors, prescriptions, travel, and what matters most to you. The recommendation comes after, not before.

Compare every option, not just mine

I represent every major carrier. If a plan I don't sell is the right one for you, I'll tell you. The goal is your best outcome โ€” not my commission.

Simple, always

If you've ever felt talked down to by an insurance agent, that won't happen here. I explain things the way I'd explain them to my own family โ€” slowly, clearly, and as many times as needed.

Stay with you year over year

I review your plan every year during Annual Enrollment to make sure it's still the best fit. Networks, formularies, and prices change โ€” your plan should evolve with them.
